Membership Terms:

1. The membership is open to all Malaysians and Non Malaysians.
2. The membership is personal and can only be used by the official registered Member.
3. Upon successful sign-up, each member will be able to use the benefits according to the membership type.
4. The privileges/ benefits are not transferable to another member and/or the Member’s estate, successors or assignees.
5. BRAINet may revise the benefits/ discounts/ validity period from time to time.
6. The benefits/ discounts of each member are not exchangeable for cash.
7. There is no physical card. This is an online membership.
8. By submitting the application for membership to the Programme, applicants acknowledge, agree and consent to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the personal data protection act.
9. Members also expressly acknowledge, agree and consent to receiving advertising, marketing, promotional and informational materials from BRAINet, its affiliates and business partners.
10. BRAINet reserves the right to review and revise these Terms and Conditions when deemed fit.
11. The English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail over other versions.
